Where this came from

Every business we looked at had the same shape of problem. Money was going into generating enquiries, the enquiries were arriving, and a meaningful share of them were quietly evaporating in the hours between arriving and being answered. Nobody had decided to let that happen. It was just what occurred when the enquiry showed up at 9pm and the inbox opened at 9am.

The interesting part is that this is one of the few marketing problems with an unambiguous fix. You cannot reliably make people want your product more. You can absolutely make sure they get a reply while they still care.

How we work

• We start with the leak, not the pitch. The first thing we do is trace what actually happens to an enquiry today. Often the biggest available win costs nothing to fix.
• We build on what you have. Ripping out a working CRM to install a preferred one is a consultant's win, not a client's.
• You own everything. Ad accounts, data, phone number, conversation history. If we stop working together you lose an operator, not your infrastructure.
• We say when something will not work. Including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.

Based in Singapore, built for every timezone

Singapore is home, and it is a useful place to work from: sitting between the Asian and European trading days makes the timezone problem impossible to ignore. The systems we build are timezone aware because we watched enquiries arrive at every hour of the clock and needed something that did not care what time it was.

Being straight about AI

Plenty of agencies currently describe everything they do as AI. We use it for one specific job, which is responding to and qualifying inbound enquiries, because that is a job it is genuinely good at.
