Who we are
This website is operated by Moro, powered by Dplusco, a marketing agency based in Singapore. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For any privacy question or request, contact hello@moroworkflow.com.
What we collect on this website
When you message us on WhatsApp
This site has no contact forms. If you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message prefilled. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. The prefilled message includes a short reference code (for example "ref MX7K2") so we can tell which page or advert you came from. You can delete it before sending.
Once you send a message, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and whatever you write. We use it to reply, to discuss working together, and to keep a record of the conversation. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Visit and advertising information
When you tap a WhatsApp button, we record the reference code together with how you arrived: the page, the referring website, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and any advertising click identifier (such as Google's gclid). This does not include your name or phone number. It lets us measure which advertising works and report conversions back to the advertising platform.
Your browser stores this arrival information locally for up to 90 days, so a visit today can be matched to a message sent next week.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and the effectiveness of adverts. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these start in a restricted mode that does not store advertising or analytics cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out tools.
The demos
The interactive demos on this site, including the chat demo, run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or anyone else.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide our services
- To understand which pages and adverts bring enquiries, and improve them
- To report conversions to advertising platforms such as Google Ads
We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing broadcasts unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help run the website and our business, such as our hosting provider (Netlify), Google (analytics, advertising and the spreadsheet where lead records are kept) and Meta (WhatsApp). They process data on our behalf or under their own terms. Some are located outside Singapore, and we take steps to ensure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
Website reference and attribution records are kept for up to 12 months. Conversations and business records are kept for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to use it, by emailing hello@moroworkflow.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
